UMAPIT uses logic to through understanding, securing the right resources, planning out well developed actions, and then executing those actions until resolution has been achieved.

UMAPIT consists of 3 easy steps: (1) Identify concerns, (2) Identify most likely outcome, (3) Assess how well the concern is being managed. Each concern is evaluated and results are presented in order of priority.
