UMAPIT is designed to continuously manage concerns in a controlled manner. While the significance of a concern cannot always be controlled, the urgency can be. UMAPIT uses logic to through understanding, securing the right resources, planning out well developed actions, and then executing those actions until resolution has been achieved.
UMAPIT consists of 3 easy steps: (1) Identify concerns, (2) Identify most likely outcome, (3) Assess how well the concern is being managed. Each concern is evaluated and results are presented in order of priority.
